Effective 2 September 2026
The Washington My Health My Data Act requires any business that collects consumer health data from Washington residents to publish a separate policy saying what it does with that data. This is ours. It is published separately from our app privacy policies because the Act asks for a standalone document.
We publish it even though our answer to nearly every question the Act asks is none. Washington residents are entitled to see that stated plainly rather than inferred from silence. It also serves residents of Nevada and any other state with a comparable consumer health data law.
This policy covers RW App Ventures LLC and every application we publish.
None. We do not collect consumer health data, and we do not use it for any purpose, because we never receive it.
Some of our applications let you record health information for your own use — a symptom log, for example. That information is written to a private database on your own phone and stays there. It is not uploaded, not backed up to us, and not readable by anyone at RW App Ventures LLC. We have built no mechanism capable of retrieving it, and we operate no server that receives it.
The one thing that does leave your phone is a subscription record: whether a subscription was started, renewed or cancelled, and which product it was, tied to a random identifier generated on your device. That record contains no health information of any kind and is not linked to your name, your email address or your Apple Account.
None. We collect consumer health data from no source — not from you, not from your device, not from another company, not from a data broker, and not by inference from anything else.
None. We share no consumer health data, because we hold none to share.
None. The list the Act requires us to keep is empty, and this is that list.
RW App Ventures LLC has no affiliates and no parent or subsidiary companies.
Two companies are involved in running a subscription — Apple, which processes the payment, and RevenueCat, which tells the app whether a subscription is active. Neither of them receives, and neither of them has any means of receiving, anything you log inside one of our apps. They are named here for completeness, not because health data reaches them.
We have never sold consumer health data and we do not offer it for sale. The Act requires a signed, specific authorization before any such sale, and we have never sought one from anyone.
Under the Washington My Health My Data Act you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, write to privacy@rwappventures.com. We will respond without undue delay and in every case within 45 days of receiving your request. Where a request is genuinely complex or numerous we may extend that once by a further 45 days, and we will tell you why before the first 45 days are up.
You should expect our answer to a confirm-and-access request to be that we hold nothing and have shared nothing. That is not a refusal — it is the accurate answer, and you are entitled to have it in writing.
Deleting the health information you have logged does not require us. Because it is held only on your phone, you already hold the only copy and you can erase it yourself at any time: use Delete all data in the app's Settings, or delete the app. Once you do, it is gone permanently, including from our reach — which it was never in. Export a copy first if you want to keep one.
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lesser experience for exercising any of these rights.
If we decline to act on a request, we will tell you why, and you may appeal that decision by replying to privacy@rwappventures.com with the word appeal. A person who was not involved in the original decision will review it, and we will write to you within 45 days of receiving the appeal explaining what we decided and why.
If we deny the appeal, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint to submit a complaint.
We will not begin collecting consumer health data, or use it for a purpose not described above, without first disclosing the change here and obtaining your affirmative consent beforehand. Changes will not be applied to anything retroactively.
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it.
