A private menopause and perimenopause symptom log for iPhone — built so you can walk into an appointment with a clear record instead of a guess.
Contact us
A real person reads every message. If something is broken, confusing, or missing, we want to hear it.
Pausely is a small independent studio, so replies come from a person rather than a queue — we get back to everyone as soon as we can. It helps if you mention your iPhone model and your iOS version.
Open the Today tab, tap the gear in the top corner to reach Settings, then under Your data tap Export as CSV. That produces a spreadsheet of everything you have logged and opens your share sheet, so you can email it to yourself or save it to Files.
For an appointment, open the Summary tab and tap Create PDF. That produces an Appointment Summary written for your doctor to read quickly.
Settings, then Your data, then Delete all data. This erases every entry on the device and cannot be undone, so export a copy first if you want one. Deleting the app removes the data as well.
Logging your symptoms, the calendar, your treatments, daily reminders, the CSV export and deleting your data are free forever. Trends over the last four weeks are free too.
Pausely Plus opens up the longer view: six months, one year, and all-time trends, a custom date range, cycle statistics across your full history, and unlimited custom symptoms. Current pricing and the free trial are shown in the app before you are asked to pay.
Open the Pausely Plus screen and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you originally bought with — subscriptions belong to the Apple Account, not to the phone.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us, so cancelling happens in your Apple settings: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Pausely, then Cancel Subscription. Apple's own instructions are here.
Cancelling during a free trial stops it before you are charged. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Apple handles all App Store refunds directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf, but tell us what went wrong anyway — if it was our fault, we want to fix it.
Check that notifications are allowed: iPhone Settings, then Pausely, then Notifications, then Allow Notifications. Also check that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing it at your chosen time. Reminders are scheduled by your own phone, so they keep working with no internet connection.
Everything you log stays on your phone. There is no account, no upload, no advertising and no tracking — and nobody at RW App Ventures can read your entries. The full detail is in the Pausely Privacy Policy, and the same explanation is inside the app under Settings, How Pausely handles your data.
Pausely is iPhone-only today. If you would like an Android version, email us — demand is how we decide what to build next.
